With over 25 years of experience in the accounting and financial industry, Tracy joined Anders as a Controller, working closely with the internal finance team on financials, payroll, budgeting and forecasting. As director of finance, her specialties include financial statement reviews, internal controls and financial/trend analysis. Tracy considers engaging with other people to learn and sharing knowledge one of the most rewarding aspects of her role.
