At Anders, we encourage our employees to work where they’re most productive. For some of us, that’s five days a week in our downtown St. Louis or new Chesterfield office, for others, it’s from the comfort of their home office. Maybe it’s somewhere in between. Many of our roles offer in-office, remote or work flex (hybrid) options based on individual preferences and departmental needs. Employees will work closely with their coach on what experience works best for them and their learning and development journey.
An in-office experience is generally working 4-5 days per week in the office. This can include those whose roles require office presence, those who perform better in an office setting, or for individuals who just prefer the office environment each day verse working remotely. Most in-office employees are allocated a dedicated workspace that fits your needs, which includes a full technology setup. You will get to experience many in-office perks and our award-winning culture!
How we collaborate:
Work Flex allows you to combine working in an office environment and working from home. This type of schedule varies in flexibility level and allows employees to choose how and where they work. Typical schedules range from working in-office 1-3 days per week. On days you are in-office, you can utilize our hoteling software to book a workspace that fits your needs. We will also provide at-home equipment to set you up for success. Teams in this environment often plan to overlap working days with colleagues to foster collaboration and team culture. Those in a work flex environment can still experience many in-office perks and our award-winning culture!
How we collaborate:
You work from home 100% of the time or the vast majority. Depending on your role and team, travel to retreats, quarterly trainings, or firmwide meetings may be a requirement. Remote employees can still experience our award-winning culture, as many of our firm events have a remote aspect to ensure all of our employees feel included. St. Louis has been our home for over 55 years. While we’re headquartered in Downtown St. Louis, in 2023, we opened our second office in Chesterfield, Missouri.
