Sue A. Yaekel

Professional Profile

As a client engagement specialist, a role new to Anders in 2023 to enhance the client experience, Sue works with clients through Avii, our client communication platform. She trains clients on how to use the platform to aggregate important data in a single, secure online source to automate and streamline several processes. Sue provides positive client experience through high-quality communication to ensure timely responses to all client inquiries. Through her previous work in our Administrative Group, Sue has worked with many Anders clients and supported the Tax and Outsourced Accounting departments. Prior to joining the firm, Sue spent almost 10 years as a legal assistant in addition to serving as a paralegal for three years. She loves helping people and enjoys working directly with clients to ensure a great client experience.
