Margie develops and maintains a positive experience for clients through responding, supporting and resolving client requests and concerns. In her role as a client engagement specialist, which was added to Anders in 2023 to enhance client experience, Margie serves as a dedicated contact point for clients. She also maintains and verifies client information within Anders Avii platform in addition to utilizing technology and automation to streamline processes wherever possible. Before joining Anders, Margie spent 20 years as a corporate communications and customer service trainer where she educated clients and conducted staff training in sales, customer service and management teams to promote retention of both clients and employees. She enjoys making a positive impact on the clients she serves and the people she works with to secure a favorable outcome for all involved.
