Having previously worked as a teacher for three years, Kelsey developed an appetite for sharing knowledge and helping others learn new, useful skills. She has transitioned those skills into her current role as a learning and development coordinator. As part of the HR team, Kelsey schedules learning and development events and works with participants ahead of time to ensure they’re prepared and ready to focus. She loves being able to bring in new ideas on how to support the firm through different types of training.
