Connor works with the recruiting team to attract top talent and recruit motivated college students to apply for internships at the firm. He also helps with recruiting efforts for experienced candidates and manages the recruitment process from initial conversations to coordinating interviews with our advisors. Between face-to-face meetings and phone communications, Connor is an experienced conversationalist. Connor enjoys collaborating with the rest of the Human Resources team to find the best fit for each position and welcoming them to the firm.
