About Donna
Donna is known for making things happen. A master of forming connections to benefit the people around her, Donna has been called “the connector”, and always brings passion to everything she does. Whether it be within her career at Anders, or one of the several boards she sits on, Donna is the one to get things done.
In just the 13 years Donna has been at Anders, she has made lasting impacts. The first was her development of the Practice Development Institute 10 years ago, which has evolved into today’s Anders University. This program provides Anders professionals with the tools to successfully develop business and to grow as professionals. Since implementing this program, Donna has been successful at creating a marketing culture at the firm.
In 2015, Donna was named the first Chief Marketing Officer at Anders as a result of her ability to align the firm’s overall strategic vision with a solid marketing plan. She is always willing to share her expertise, helping her team grow and helping marketers across the country. Donna has been asked to share her wisdom by many influential groups including the global Leading Edge Alliance, the Association for Accounting Marketing, and at regional and local speaking engagements. Donna has a passion for everything she commits to, and helping women move forward in their careers is one of them. She has been integral in launching and taking the Anders Women’s Initiative to the next level.
Donna has always believed in giving back to her community, and she does so in a variety of ways through community and industry involvement. She is actively involved in the Professional Women’s Alliance (PWA), serving as past President, Vice President, Marketing and Fundraising Chairs, and always lending a hand wherever needed. Donna is also a Board Member for Rung Boutique, Nurses for Newborns and recently joined the Downtown St. Louis Community Improvement District (CID) Board to further the improvements made to the City of St. Louis. Continuing her focus on aiding local businesses, she is also a member of the Institute for Private Business/St. Louis University.
