About Dan
Dan joined the firm in 2010 as a tax intern and worked diligently over the next 11 years before becoming the youngest partner in the firm’s history by 2022. His passion for developing the next generation of CPAs is unmatched. He served on Anders Young Professionals Staff Advisory Group, where he met regularly with the managing partner to keep Anders at the forefront of client service, business development, firm culture, staff retention and recruiting. This position led to Dan becoming an active member of LEA Global’s Young Professionals Steering Committee and the committee’s Chair in 2021.
When the pandemic struck, Dan didn’t hesitate to investigate ways to assist clients struggling through closures and sinking profits. As the founder of Anders Lodging, Food and Beverage niche, Dan realized his clients in the restaurant and hospitality industries would be heavily impacted, so he immediately got to work researching emerging legislation and available relief funding. As a result of his tireless efforts, Dan was able to help his clients receive millions through Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act programs like the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) and Employee Retention Tax Credit (ERTC) funding. As a pivotal member of Anders CARES Act Research and Response team, Dan’s expertise in relief funding led to numerous features in national, regional and local media.
Dan was recognized at the MOCPA Awards Celebration on November 10 and in the November 2022 issue of the MOCPA Asset Magazine.
