Service Desk Supervisor + Technology

The Service Desk Supervisor is responsible for ensuring an outstanding level of customer service by providing direct IT support to Anders Technology clients, overseeing the Help Desk, and managing the technical support staff. The person chosen for this position will lead the Help Desk in engaging in more proactive planning/support and organizing the Help Desk to be flexible/adaptable.
