The Anders training and break room, called “the nest” was recently featured in St. Louis Magazine in their “First View” section. The nickname comes from a crosshatch of 2-inch by 2-foot oak strips, reminiscent of twigs, mounted like pick-up sticks around the room. The name also refers to the room’s purpose, which is where employees come together to learn and grow. Click here to see the full feature in St. Louis Magazine.
