Julie is a partner in audit and assurance and a member of the Manufacturing and Distribution niche here at Anders, working with privately held companies, primarily in manufacturing, distribution, construction, and gaming. She previously spent 14 years with a Big Four accounting firm, and has extensive experience with financial due diligence and quality of earnings analysis and related purchase accounting complexities. She also specializes in internal control assessment and the identification and resolution of financial statement issues like revenue recognition and deferred compensation. Julie also concentrates on conducting employee benefit plan audits, including defined contribution and ESOPs. In addition, she is one of the leaders of the firm’s Women’s Initiative and an advisor to the Anders Young Professionals Staff Advisory Group.
