Professional Profile

In her role as a senior talent manager, Lauren focuses on aligning the firm’s talent strategy with its strategic objectives. Lauren has nearly 14 years of experience as an HR professional in the professional services industry. She’s responsible for leading the Anders Inclusion Network, the firm’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion program, in addition to managing various programs designed to improve employee recognition and retention. Lauren oversees talent management, including performance, employee relations, engagement, onboarding and retention. She also leads talent acquisition, promotes leadership development and participates in organizational development initiatives. She enjoys helping people live up to their potential and grow by strategically establishing programs and support in the workplace.
