Cliff is a retired partner at the firm who has developed an expertise in providing solutions for the complex issues faced by closely held corporations and their shareholders. He worked with startup ventures, pension plans, accounting system implementation and tax compliance. Throughout his career, Cliff also consulted on trust, estate and succession planning, with an additional focus on acquisition financing, shareholder representation and S-Corporation planning, and is proud of the trust his clients placed in him. Cliff has also played a key role in forming and growing the health care specialty at Anders.
