As the people operations strategist for the Virtual CFO group, Josh is responsible for driving the strategic alignment of the team’s goals and its people policies. He often consults the executive team on people policy and leadership. His role also includes recruiting, sourcing and onboarding talent for the Virtual CFO team and he serves as the HR point of contact and liaison.
