Inclusion Network

We believe a culture of belonging enhances the strength of our firm, fueling greater outcomes and innovative solutions. By embracing different backgrounds and perspectives, we create a welcoming culture where everyone has opportunities to make a meaningful impact.

Our commitment to inclusion creates opportunities for everyone to connect, grow and contribute. We actively advocate for psychological safety, ensuring a supportive environment where all voices are valued and respected.

Our Inclusion Network is one way we bring our values to life, creating opportunities for employees to get involved through three sectors: our Inclusion Council, Focus Area Leads and Allies. It drives five strategic focus areas: Engage, Evolve, Empower, Enrich and Elevate. Hover over the groups and focus areas on the graphic to learn more.

Employee Resource Groups

Young Professionals

We believe that true leadership means always looking forward and investing in the future. Our Young Professionals Group offers the chance for younger staff members to build their careers through networking, industry memberships, community involvement and more. Through a dedicated forum, young professionals share their insights and ideas, playing an active role in influencing the firm’s growth and direction. By introducing the next generation of leaders to personal and professional development opportunities, we lay the foundation for their success.

Women's Initiative Network

Our Women’s Initiative Group (WIN) builds meaningful connections, provides educational support and creates pathways for women to advance their careers. WIN hosts events to educate, connect and inspire women to succeed. We address the unique challenges faced by team members, partners and clients, helping women excel in both their careers and personal lives. WIN and the firm support women through strategic sponsorships, partnerships and initiatives, collaborating with organizations including: Professional Women’s Alliance, National Association of Women in Construction and Women’s Foundation of Greater St. Louis.

Working Parents and Caregivers

Our Working Parents & Caregivers Group provides support to parents and caregivers, creating an environment that aids them in balancing the demands of caring for loved ones. Through networking events, educational workshops and advocacy initiatives, we create a supportive, inclusive community in which employees can flourish both personally and professionally. By addressing the needs of working parents and caregivers, we help our team members achieve a healthy work-life balance.

Remote Workers

In an increasingly digital world, remote work has become a vital part of our culture. Our Remote Workers Employee Resource Group creates connection and collaboration among our remote employees. We offer virtual networking opportunities, professional development resources and tools to enhance productivity and well-being while working from home. By supporting our remote workforce, we ensure that all employees, regardless of location, feel valued and engaged.

Collaborate Across the Hall or Across the Country

We offer in-office, remote or hybrid work options based on individual preferences and departmental needs. We encourage our employees to work where they’re most productive. For some of us, that’s five days a week in the office. For others, it’s from the comfort of their home office. Or maybe it’s somewhere in between. Employees work closely with their team leader on the experience that works best for them and their learning and development journey.

In-Office

An in-office experience is generally working 4-5 days per week in the office. We have two office locations: downtown St. Louis and Chesterfield, Mo. This option can include those whose roles require office presence, those who perform better in an office setting or those who just prefer the office environment each day verse working remotely. Most in-office employees are allocated a dedicated workspace that fits your needs, which includes a full technology setup.
