Anders proudly presents Stephanie Jones, CPA and Jennifer Sides, PHR as the firm’s new partners. This milestone reflects their contributions to the firm and their commitment to client success. They will join the rest of the partner group in guiding the firm and identifying new opportunities in addition to developing and maintaining client relationships. The new partners were announced at the annual all-firm meeting in November 2024 at Busch Stadium.
About Stephanie Jones – Audit and Assurance
Stephanie specializes in providing audit and accounting services for defined benefit plans, defined contribution plans, welfare funds, and training funds. She is involved in all aspects of client audit engagements, including work paper and tax return review, engagement planning and scheduling. She takes a leadership role on the employee benefit plan audit team and helps guide the strategy in addition to conducting all of the staff training related to multiemployer plans. Stephanie takes the time to fully understand her clients’ operations and offer advice and guidance on regulations and internal controls. She was also named a 2015 30 Under 30 by the St. Louis Business Journal.
Stephanie is a Certified Public Accountant in Missouri and graduated from Quincy University with a B.S. in Accounting. She’s a member of the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants (MOCPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). About Jennifer Sides – Human Resources
Jennifer develops the firm’s strategy for compensation, benefits, employee engagement, compliance and employee relations, among other initiatives. Since starting at Anders, Jennifer has been instrumental in building the firm’s presence on college campuses, from just one school to more than a dozen all over the country. Her role in campus recruitment has evolved to include recruitment strategy and maintaining relationships with faculty. To introduce students to the firm, Jennifer started the Discover Anders: A Day in the Life summer leadership program and now oversees the planning and improvement of the program. Jennifer is actively engaged in employee development and retention, and she plays a large role in facilitating the professional growth of employees through Anders University and other development opportunities.
Jennifer earned a B.A. in Human Resources from Southeast Missouri State University and holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). She actively contributes as a core member of several internal committees, including the Firm Management Committee, Staff Compensation Committee, M&A Team, Inclusion Council Advisor, and Strategic Planning Team. Externally, Jennifer serves as an advisory board member for Boomer Consulting’s Talent Circle, an auxiliary member of the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants (MOCPA), and a member of the Human Resources Steering Committee for Leading Edge Alliance (LEA) Global.
