As a partner and the firm’s Chief Operating Officer, Mike brings over 20 years of experience as a CFO to Anders. In his role as COO, he provides strategic direction to benefit profitability, growth, operations and business strategy. His responsibilities include oversight to the internal functions of Anders: finance, human resources, office/facilities, internal technology and administration. Mike’s prior experience working for an internal audit and consulting firm and knowledge of the health care and legal industries, mixed with his analytical, strategic mentality, gives him the ability to understand all aspects of the business and make sound financial and operational decisions.
