Jacques is the director and talent practice leader at Anders, with over 20 years of experience in specialized financial recruiting at every level, from associate to CFO. He leads the outsourced talent sourcing efforts at the firm, working with clients to source financial talent to fit their needs. Prior to joining Anders, Jacques was a Vice President in the Finance and Accounting Division for a publicly traded global staffing firm. Throughout his career, Jacques built relationships with companies of all sizes in the St. Louis area, continuously sourcing candidates for client openings and managing the sales process from initial interview through offer and acceptance. At Anders, Jacques has developed the processes needed to deliver high quality, cost-effective recruiting services to our clients and then help finding businesses the talent they need, from entry-level accountants to controllers and CFOs.
