As one of the Anders core values, Generosity is present at every level of the firm. Individually and collectively, we’re proud to give back to charitable organizations and foster an environment where people offer their time, skills and resources to improve our communities. To help showcase the efforts of our firm and employees, we’re proud to present our 8th annual Community Impact Report.

In 2023, close to half the firm were personally involved in local charities and organizations they’re passionate about. Some employees took on even more responsibility, with 80 people sitting on the boards of their chosen charities. Even more employees took part in the annual Anders Charity of Choice program, participating in firm events to raise money and volunteering their time. Collectively, Anders employees supported 320 philanthropic organizations, both financially and via volunteer efforts. That collective generosity helped Anders raise over $395,000 for a variety of charitable causes in 2023.

The Anders Charity of Choice initiative is a large charitable effort each year, with employees rallying around one charity to raise funds for and donate their time to. Nominated by and voted on by employees of the firm, the Charity of Choice is a tradition of generosity we hold close.

For 2023, Anders employees selected the Missouri Veterans Endeavor (MOVE-STL), an organization that provides housing and community for Veterans experiencing homelessness, along with their families. Thanks to the generous donations and internal fundraising, Anders raised over $33,000 to help MOVE-STL continue their mission empowering Veterans to rediscover their sense of purpose and optimism.
