Anders Names New Partners for 2026

Anders™, a top 100 CPA and advisory firm, announces the firm’s newest partners, effective January 1, 2026. The nine new partners were announced at the 2025 Anders All-In, the firm’s annual program that brings the whole team together for key updates, connection, and shared alignment. This program was held in tandem with Anders 60th anniversary.  

“For 60 years, Anders has prioritized building strong relationships across our clients and teams,” said Robert Minkler, Jr., Anders CEO. “Each of our new partners contributes to that strength through their leadership, their work with clients and their role in shaping the continued growth of the firm.“ 

This milestone reflects the contributions and commitment of Dave Blatt, David Danic, Jake Grimm, Missy Kelley, Jamie Nau, Lenise Nichols, Joshua Snyder, Tom Wadelton and Robert Willeford, Jr. to Anders growth as a national business advisory firm, providing integrated tax, audit, and advisory solutions that help businesses to power their dreams.

Dave Blatt, MBA, CPA, Principal and Technology Practice Leader 

Blatt leads the Anders Technology AI, Automation, and Analytics practice.  In his role, he guides businesses through the development of AI and automation strategies, identifies high-impact AI use cases, and deploys accelerators to improve the speed-to-value of AI investments. Blatt empowers clients to achieve operational efficiencies and innovative capabilities that AI can deliver, supporting them in evaluating and implementing AI and automation tools. Blatt joined Anders in 2024.  

David Danic, CPA, Virtual CFO Tax Director 

Danic is passionate about working with small and medium-sized businesses and his clients. Over the course of his career, he has developed an enthusiasm for tax consulting, devising strategies to reduce clients’ tax burdens and innovative approaches to increase profitability. Danic has been with Anders since 2015.  

Jake Grimm, CPA, MBA, Virtual CFO Director of Innovation and Automation 

Grimm develops forward-thinking tools and processes to help streamline clients’ experiences with their Virtual CFO. He focuses on solutions that improve internal efficiency and give clients clearer insight into their past performance and future outlook. Grimm has been with Anders since 2014.  

Missy Kelley, MBA, Chief Growth Officer 

Kelley is a seasoned professional with over 22 years of experience in strategic growth roles within Fortune 500 companies. Her expertise lies in driving innovation, market expansion, and strategic planning.  She has been instrumental in creating lasting impacts on both the corporate and public sectors. Kelley’s unique blend of corporate experience and non-profit leadership enables her to approach challenges holistically, fostering innovation and growth across different contexts. Kelley joined Anders in 2023. 

Jamie Nau, CPA, Virtual CFO Director 

Nau equips clients with the insight and tools they need to make confident, informed decisions for their businesses. He is rooted in his experience working with middle-market and large companies as an auditor and corporate accountant, and he enjoys the challenge of translating complex financial concepts into insights that everyone can understand. Nau has been with Anders since 2016.  

Lenise Nichols, CPA, Tax Principal 

Nichols brings more than 15 years of experience in public accounting, managing client relationships, and serving as a tax resource to her clients and colleagues. She ensures tax compliance by implementing planning strategies and consulting on complex tax challenges. Nichols is a member of the Family Wealth and Estate Planning group, where she focuses on planning and compliance for high-net-worth individuals and their families. Nichols joined Anders in 2024.  

Joshua Snyder, CPA, Tax Principal 

Snyder works with startup companies, athletes, and high-net-worth individuals on strategic tax planning and compliance. He helps lead the Startup and Entrepreneurial Group and has a proven track record in optimizing financial processes, ensuring compliance, and maintaining profitability for clients. Snyder has been with Anders since 2014.  

Tom Wadelton, CPA, CGMA, MBA, Virtual CFO 

Wadelton guides company leaders in their organizational planning and execution strategies through a financial lens, including forecasting, reporting, and accounting operations. He is often recognized for his curiosity and his ability to build relationships with a sincere interest in helping people achieve their goals. Wadelton has been with Anders since 2018.  

Robert Willeford, Jr., CPA, ESQ. Principal and State and Local Tax Practice Leader 

Willeford has more than 20 years of multi-state sales and use tax experience. Along with his public accounting experience, he has worked in large, multi-state corporations and in the governmental sector. As a licensed attorney, Willeford understands the multi-state tax litigation process and uses this experience to advise clients. Willeford has been with Anders since 2018.
