Introducing the Anders Startup Funding and Outlook Survey: Getting a Pulse on the St. Louis Startup Ecosystem for Entrepreneurs and Investors

As COVID-era funding programs wind down and new economic concerns emerge, many startup founders and investors are left asking,

Where is the St. Louis startup ecosystem heading?

To help answer this question and gauge how startups and investors have been impacted by external pressures and how they plan to move forward, the Anders Startup team is inviting startup founders, entrepreneurs, investors and funding sources to take our inaugural St. Louis Startup Funding and Outlook Survey. The survey will get a pulse on the region’s ever-growing startup ecosystem and see if visions align for entrepreneurs and funding sources.

We’re launching two separate surveys: one for startup founders and entrepreneurs and a second survey for startup investors and funding sources.

Navigating Post-Pandemic Challenges

As the country faces economic challenges, including high inflation, rising interest rates and the collapse of startup-friendly Silicon Valley Bank, we’re taking a deep dive into how these external pressures are impacting funding efforts, both for the startups themselves and the funding sources who invest in them.

Get Early Access to the Survey Results

The results of both surveys will be analyzed and aggregated into a comprehensive, industry-leading report that will be released this fall with insights from Anders Startup advisors. This report will feature exclusive findings on the status of the St. Louis region’s startup community, including details from startup funding sources about what attracts them most to a startup and how much they plan to invest next year. Startup investors will also receive valuable information about the struggles currently facing startups in addition to getting a look at how much funding area startups have obtained.

Participants in the survey will receive exclusive, early access to the survey results and detailed report. The survey will close October 16, so be sure to take part while it’s still available. To take the survey, please follow the link below to the survey that best fits your role within the St. Louis startup community:
