As one of the fastest-growing firms in the nation, Anders is excited to announce plans to expand our geographic footprint by opening additional office space in Chesterfield, Missouri. To accommodate the firm’s rapid growth, Anders will take over 10,000 square feet at 16090 Swingley Ridge Road in Chesterfield.
The Need for Expansion
After breaking into the Accounting Today Top 100 Firms in 2021 at #100, Anders continues to gain momentum through mergers and organic growth, climbing up the list to #78 in 2023. The firm is growing quickly, and the need for more space has been on the radar for a while. Adding a second location offers several benefits for staff and clients alike, including greater accessibility for those closer to West County.
“In 2020, we started the year with 200 employees, in 2023, that number was 400. We are growing, and don’t expect it to slow down, so we want to provide the best possible experience for all our employees. To us, that meant expanding our footprint in a new location. We have many team members and clients who reside in and around West St. Louis County and this new office will provide more options for them.” stated Robert Minkler, Jr., Managing Partner at Anders. “Even though we have an extremely flexible, hybrid environment at Anders, we still see the need to grow our footprint because our people desire to be in the office due to the collaborative culture and opportunities for personal development at Anders.”

As the firm continues to grow, the Chesterfield office will also serve as a powerful recruiting tool, allowing Anders to attract and retain top talent from an expanded pool of qualified candidates.

This is the firm’s first geographic expansion; Anders headquarters are currently located in downtown St. Louis.
