Missouri Bankers Association President and CEO
Before joining the Missouri Bankers Association (MBA), Jackson was a Senior Consultant for a consulting firm, facilitating strategic planning and initiatives for financial institutions across the country and working with executives at Microsoft, GoDaddy, and Adobe, becoming a key resource for banks facing digital transformation and fintech disruption. He joined the MBA in November 2019 as Senior Vice President of Member Services, was promoted to Executive Vice President in July 2020, and became President and CEO in June 2023. Jackson specializes in communication, organizational development, and strategic planning, uniquely blending real-world practicality with new corporate growth theories.
