Danielle is an IT trainer and project support specialist for the firm. She uses her deep experience working alongside IT as a trainer to provide staff with the technological knowledge they need to make a positive impact on both the firm and our clients. Danielle will also help manage various IT projects throughout the firm. In a previous job, Danielle was responsible for training, testing and building applications for her company, which included Contracting, Enrolling and Credentialing software and a CRM Microsoft Dynamics database. Danielle enjoys working with people and helping to understand how leaner processes impact their day-to-day roles.
