Professional Profile

Andi’s role as a client engagement specialist is new to Anders as of 2023 and was created to continuously improve upon and simplify the client experience. In her new role, Andi works directly with clients to provide accurate and timely answers to all inquiries they may have while also engaging with them in ways to enhance their overall experience as a valued client. She also works with the firm’s client communication platform, to ensure a consistent and seamless client experience. Andi already has an established working relationship with Anders clients via her prior work in our Administrative Group, where she supported partners by completing bimonthly billing and assembled tax returns among other administrative duties. Before joining Anders, she spent over 10 years in the medical field where she trained new staff, maintained medical supply inventory, assisted with medical procedures and provided day-to-day patient support. Andi enjoys the fast-paced environment and stepping in wherever she’s needed to ensure quality service is given to clients and colleagues.
