Jennifer Sides' Professional Profile

As the human resources director, Jennifer oversees the daily functions of the HR team. She develops the firm’s strategy for compensation, benefits, employee engagement, compliance and employee relations, among other initiatives. Since starting at Anders, Jennifer has been instrumental in building the firm’s presence on college campuses, from just one school to more than 10 today. Her role in campus recruitment has evolved to include recruitment strategy and maintaining relationships with faculty. To introduce students to the firm, Jennifer started the Discover Anders: A Day in the Life summer leadership program, and now oversees the planning and improvement of the program. Jennifer is actively engaged in employee development and retention, and she plays a large role in facilitating the professional growth of employees through Anders University and other development opportunities.
